If you're logged into your account as an admin, you can add new employees under Settings in the Company Settings section. Employees are listed using their email addresses, separated by semicolons. Once added, the employee will be billed at the regular rate during the next billing cycle.

To record online meetings, set the meeting to unmute and record it with a second device, or contact us for a desktop demo.

There is no limit to the duration of a meeting. However, a "meeting unit" is typically 60 minutes. Additional meeting credits will be charged for recordings that exceed this duration.
